You'll see the option while selecting the order as shown below. Some selected products on our website offer free delivery to north, South, East, and West in London. If your selected product does not offer free delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a shipping cost at a reasonable price. We will be providing nationwide free shipping for all products as soon as possible.

Delivery day's Wednesday and Fridays AM 08.00AM -12.00PM 12.00 -18.00PM to be confirmed. Once your order is placed, one of our staff will call you to arrange a convenient time to dispatch your item to your chosen delivery address. Various products on our website have different time frames due to the manufacturing process and additional factors. We aim to call you on the same day to organise the delivery date and time at your convenience.

If you receive your order and decide that you do not want it, we will give you a refund and come to collect your product(s) from your house. However, we do charge £30 for this to cover both the courier, our order of the product from the manufacturer and the inconvenience.

Delivery Time Scale

Delivery time is subject to the availability of stock from our suppliers, and delivery time may extend if stock is not available at the time of order. If part of your order is unavailable, it will be shipped within our stated time frame. Though waiting for an item will not impact your order being processed and shipped, we will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
